TVS Apache RTX 300 Spotted Again — Is This India’s Next Big Adventure Bike?

TVS fans, get ready! The much-anticipated Apache RTX 300 might finally be hitting the roads soon — and it could be a game-changer in India’s booming adventure bike segment.

According to industry insiders, TVS is expected to launch the Apache RTX 300 in August 2025, with an estimated price tag between ₹2.60 lakh and ₹2.90 lakh (ex-showroom). While the official launch date is still under wraps, a recently spied test mule has stirred up major excitement among motorcycle enthusiasts.

What’s Got Everyone Talking?

  • Design Hype: A whopping 90% of users love the bike’s design, based on early reactions.

  • Price Buzz: 61% think the estimated pricing is fair — not bad for a powerful tourer in this range.

  • Massive Interest: An impressive 92% of respondents said they’re interested in the bike, according to a survey of 2,697 enthusiasts.

Spy Shots Confirm It’s Almost Here

Test mules of the Apache RTX 300 were recently spotted once again — this time riding alongside its biggest rivals: the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and KTM 390 Adventure. While heavily camouflaged, the bike’s ADV styling, upright stance, and touring-focused design are clearly visible.

This sighting, reported just weeks after another test run in mid-July, adds weight to the buzz that TVS is ready to take on the mid-range adventure bike market.

What to Expect

While full specs are yet to be confirmed, here’s what we know so far:

  • Transmission: Manual gearbox

  • Segment: Adventure Tourer, likely to compete with bikes in the 300-400cc category

TVS currently offers six other Apache models, starting from ₹1.18 lakh, but the RTX 300 will be the brand’s most powerful and adventure-ready machine yet.

Should You Wait for It?

If you’ve been eyeing a capable adventure bike without breaking the bank, the Apache RTX 300 might be worth the wait. However, launch confidence is still marked as “low”, meaning TVS hasn’t officially confirmed the date just yet.

Still, with back-to-back test sightings and increasing chatter in the biking community, it looks like the wait might not be too long.
